The Town of Elsmere will no longer be handing out the Yard Waste Collection Bags. Some residents have reported being able to purchase clear trash bags from Shop Rite. Please feel free to contact Town Hall should you have any questions regarding Yard Waste Collection at (302) 998-2215.
