The Town of Elsmere mailed the 2010-2011 Property Tax Bills at the beginning of July. Property Taxes are due by September 30, 2010 to avoid late payment fees.

We have received a number of phone calls indicating that some residents have not received their bills. Therefore, we are asking that if you have not received your tax bill and would like to request a duplicate copy please contact Town Hall at (302) 998-2215 as soon as possible so that we can mail you a duplicate bill.
